Our accessories are great quality, suitable and sturdy for every day use BUT none are indestructible.

We do not recommend for use on dogs that are excessive pullers or overly aggressive. Repetitive pulling will eventually cause tears in the material making the item not fit for purpose.

We do not refund or replace for general wear and tear of a product, only genuine faults which will be resolved after inspection (please refer to our terms and conditions if you need to report a fault).

We do not guarantee any protection from our items and owners are responsible for any damage created to the products from misuse, poor care or damage created by your dogs.

Please ensure that they are being used responsibly by always checking your dog's accessories for wear and tear prior to use.

We wish to remind that it is the customer's responsibility to determine the suitability of the product for their pet.

Print colour may vary across each collection due to different fabrics being used per item.

Patterns may vary slightly due to a repeat pattern being used. 

Owners must ensure they have purchased the correct size for their dog by using the size guides available, we are not responsible for the incorrect size being purchased. Dogs harnesses must fit at the neck and chest to be suitable. We are unable to alter harnesses and items to requirements.

Adjustable Harnesses Excluding Glitter Dog Harnesses:

We recommend hand washing in warm soapy water using a detergent such as vanish if there are tough stains.
As an alternative, if you wish, you may pop them inside a pillow case in the washing machine on a delicate wash - max 30 degrees temperature. 

Products should be left flat to air dry.
NEVER put accessories in the dryer due to plastic features, this may cause damage and shrinking.

Glitter Dog Harnesses:
Due to the material (glitter woven mesh) this product is not suitable for rough play or super muddy walks. Do not use any form of abrasive sponge as this could snag the material. The harness can be washed in the washing machine but it must be placed inside an old pillow case or laundry bag on a delicate wash - max 30 degrees temperature.

Products should be left flat to air dry.
